Enforcement Decree of the Food Sanitation Act, Article 51 (Methods of Publishing Hazardous Food, etc.)

① 법 제73조제1항에 따라 위해식품등의 공표명령을 받은 영업자는 지체 없이 위해 발생사실 또는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함된 위해식품등의 긴급회수문을 「신문 등의 진흥에 관한 법률」 제9조제1항에 따라 등록한 전국을 보급지역으로 하는 1개 이상의 일반일간신문[당일 인쇄ㆍ보급되는 해당 신문의 전체 판(版)을 말한다. 이하 같다]에 게재하고, 식품의약품안전처의 인터넷 홈페이지에 게재를 요청하여야 한다. <개정 2010.1.27, 2011.3.30, 2013.3.23, 2022.6.7>
