신용정보의 이용 및 보호에 관한 법률 제46조(퇴임한 임원 등에 대한 조치 내용의 통보)

① 금융위원회(제45조제7항에 따라 조치를 할 수 있는 금융감독원장을 포함한다)는 신용정보회사등에서 퇴임한 임원 또는 퇴직한 직원이 재임 또는 재직 중이었더라면 제45조제7항제2호부터 제4호까지의 규정에 따른 조치 중 어느 하나에 해당하는 조치를 받았을 것으로 인정되는 경우에는 그 조치의 내용을 해당 신용정보회사등의 장에게 통보할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 통보를 받은 신용정보회사등의 장은 이를 퇴임ㆍ퇴직한 해당 임직원에게 통보하고, 그 내용을 기록ㆍ유지하여야 한다.
