Enforcement Decree of the Child Welfare Act, Article 46 (Standards for Performance Evaluation of Child Protection Agencies)

① 보건복지부장관은 법 제47조제1항에 따라 다음 각 호의 기준에 따라 아동보호전문기관의 업무 실적에 대하여 성과평가를 하여야 한다. <개정 2026.8.4>
