아동복지법 제60조(비용 징수)

시ㆍ도지사, 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장 또는 아동복지시설의 장은 제15조제1항제3호부터 제5호까지 및 같은 조 제5항 및 제6항에 따른 보호조치에 필요한 비용의 전부 또는 일부를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 각각 그 아동의 부양의무자로부터 징수할 수 있다. <개정 2016.3.22>
