아동학대범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 특례법 제6조(상습범)

상습적으로 제2조제4호가목부터 파목까지의 아동학대범죄를 범한 자는 그 죄에 정한 형의 2분의 1까지 가중한다. 다만, 다른 법률에 따라 상습범으로 가중처벌되는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
