약관의 규제에 관한 법률 시행령 제8조의6(분쟁조정 신청의 보완 등)

① 협의회의 위원장은 법 제27조제1항 각 호 외의 부분 본문에 따른 분쟁조정의 신청에 대하여 보완이 필요하다고 인정될 때에는 상당한 기간을 정하여 그 보완을 요구하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 보완에 걸리는 기간은 법 제27조의2제4항제2호에 따른 기간의 산정에서 제외한다.
