약사법 시행령 제18조(의사)

①심의위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 열리고, 출석위원 3분의 2 이상의 찬성으로 의결한다.

②분과위원회나 소분과위원회가 심의한 사항은 다른 위원회에서 재심의하여야 할 필요가 있다고 위원장이 판단한 경우를 제외하고는 심의위원회가 의결한 것으로 본다.
