약사법 제4조(한약사 자격과 면허)

①한약사가 되려는 자는 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 보건복지부장관의 면허를 받아야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18>

②제1항에 따른 한약사면허는 대학에서 한약학과를 졸업하고 한약학사 학위를 받은 자로서 한약사국가시험에 합격한 자에게 준다.

③한약사면허를 받지 아니한 자는 한약사라는 명칭을 사용할 수 없다.
