약사법 제70조(업무 개시 명령 등)

①보건복지부장관, 식품의약품안전처장, 시ㆍ도지사, 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 의약품 제조업자ㆍ품목허가를 받은 자, 약국개설자 또는 의약품 판매업자가 공동으로 의약품의 생산ㆍ판매를 중단하거나 집단 휴업 또는 폐업을 하여 의약품 구매에 현저한 지장을 주거나 줄 우려가 있다고 인정되면 의약품 제조업자ㆍ품목허가를 받은 자, 약국개설자 또는 의약품 판매업자에게 의약품을 생산하게 하거나 업무를 개시하도록 명할 수 있다. <개정 2007.10.17, 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18, 2013.3.23>

②의약품 제조업자ㆍ품목허가를 받은 자, 약국개설자 또는 의약품 판매업자는 정당한 사유 없이 제1항의 명령을 거부할 수 없다. <개정 2007.10.17>
