Act on Press Arbitration and Remedies, etc. for Damage Caused by Press Reports, Article 13 (Legal Fiction as Public Officials for Purposes of Penalty Provisions)
중재위원 및 직원은 「형법」이나 그 밖의 법률에 따른 벌칙을 적용할 때에는 공무원으로 본다.
Arbitrators and staff members shall be deemed public officials for the purposes of applying penalty provisions under the Criminal Act or other Acts.
