언론중재 및 피해구제 등에 관한 법률 제3조(언론의 자유와 독립)

① 언론의 자유와 독립은 보장된다.

③ 언론은 정보원(情報源)에 대하여 자유로이 접근할 권리와 그 취재한 정보를 자유로이 공표할 자유를 갖는다.

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지의 자유와 권리는 헌법과 법률에 의하지 아니하고는 제한받지 아니한다.
