여객자동차 운수사업법 제61조(공제조합의 설립 등)

① 여객자동차 운수사업자(터미널사업자는 제외한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)는 상호 간의 협동조직을 통하여 조합원이 자주적인 경제 활동을 영위할 수 있도록 지원하고 조합원의 자동차 사고로 생긴 손해를 배상(賠償)하기 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 국토교통부장관의 인가를 받아 업종별로 공제조합(이하 "공제조합"이라 한다)을 설립할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 공제조합은 법인으로 한다.

(2) A어 mutual뮤추얼 aid에이드 association어소우시에이션 shall섈 be비 a어 corporation.코퍼^r레이션

③ 공제조합은 주된 사무소의 소재지에 설립등기를 함으로써 성립된다.

(3) A어 mutual뮤추얼 aid에이드 association어소우시에이션 shall섈 be비 formed^f폼드 by바이 registering^r레지스터^r링 its잇츠 establishment이스태블리시먼트 at앳 the^ð더 location로케이션 of어^v브 its잇츠 principal프^r린서플 office.오^f피스

④ 여객자동차 운수사업자는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 공제조합에 가입할 수 있다.

⑤ 공제조합의 조합원은 공제사업에 필요한 분담금을 부담하여야 한다.

(5) Members멤버즈 of어^v브 a어 mutual뮤추얼 aid에이드 association어소우시에이션 shall섈 pay페이 the^ð더 contributions칸트^r러뷰션즈 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 the^ð더 mutual뮤추얼 aid에이드 business.비즈니스

⑥ 조합원의 자격과 임원에 관한 사항, 그 밖에 공제조합의 운영에 필요한 사항은 정관으로 정한다.

⑦ 정관의 기재 사항, 그 밖에 공제조합의 감독에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
