여권법 제25조(벌칙)

1. 제16조제2호(제14조제3항에 따라 준용되는 경우를 포함한다)를 위반하여 다른 사람 명의의 여권 등(여권 등의 이미지 파일 또는 복사본을 포함한다)을 부정하게 사용한 사람
