Enforcement Decree of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act, Article 13-2 (Facility Leasing to Small and Medium Enterprises)

법 제37조에 따른 중소기업에 대한 시설대여의 비율은 다음 각 호의 시설대여등을 제외한 시설대여등의 연간 실행액의 100분의 30 이상으로 한다.
