영유아보육법 시행령 제15조(보육전문요원의 자격 및 직무)

Enforcement Decree of the Infant Care Act, Article 15 (Qualifications and Duties of Childcare Specialists)

① 법 제7조제2항에 따른 보육전문요원은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자격을 가진 사람으로 한다.

1. 별표 1에 따른 보육교사 1급 자격을 가진 사람

1. A어 person퍼슨 holding호울딩 the^ð더 qualification콸러^f퍼케이션 of어^v브 a어 grade그^r레이드 1 childcare차일드케어 teacher티처 under언더 attached어태치트 Table테이블 1;

2. 「사회복지사업법」에 따른 사회복지사 1급 자격을 취득한 이후 보육업무에 3년 이상 종사한 경력이 있는 사람

② 보육전문요원은 법 제7조제1항에 따른 육아종합지원센터의 업무를 수행한다. <개정 2022.6.7, 2024.7.9>
