Infant Care Act, Article 30-3 (Revocation of Designation as a Public-Type Childcare Center)

① 교육부장관은 제30조의2제1항에 따라 지정된 공공형어린이집이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 그 지정을 취소할 수 있다. 다만, 제1호에 해당하는 경우에는 그 지정을 취소하여야 한다. <개정 2023.12.26>

(1) Where웨어 a어 public-type퍼블릭-타이프 childcare차일드케어 center센터 designated데지그네이티드 under언더 Article아터클 30-2 (1) falls^f폴즈 under언더 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following,^f팔로잉 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Education에저케이션 may메이 revoke^r리^v보우크 its잇츠 designation:데저그네이션 Provided,프^r러^v바이디드 That^ð댓 in인 the^ð더 case케이스 falling^f팔링 under언더 subparagraph서브패^r러그^r래^f프 1, the^ð더 designation데저그네이션 shall섈 be비 revoked:^r리^v보우크트

1. 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 지정을 받은 경우
