예금자보호법 제21조의5(정보보호심의위원회)

① 공사는 제21조의3 및 제21조의4에 따른 자료 및 정보의 제공 요구와 그 활용의 적정성 및 이와 관련하여 제기된 이의사항 등을 심의하기 위하여 정보보호심의위원회(이하 "심의위원회"라 한다)를 둔다.

② 심의위원회는 다음 각 호의 위원 5명으로 구성한다.

(2) The^ð더 Review^r리^v뷰 Committee커미티 shall섈 consist컨시스트 of어^v브 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 five^f파이^v브 members:멤버즈

③ 심의위원회의 위원장은 제2항제1호의 위원으로 하고, 제2항제2호에 따른 위원의 임기는 2년으로 하며 연임할 수 있다.

④ 심의위원회는 위원 과반수의 출석과 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결하며, 그 결과를 위원회에 보고한다.

(4) The^ð더 Review^r리^v뷰 Committee커미티 shall섈 make메이크 resolutions^r레절루션즈 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 its잇츠 members멤버즈 and앤드 the^ð디 approval어프^r루^v블 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present,프^r레전트 and앤드 shall섈 report^r리포트 the^ð더 results^r리절츠 to투 the^ð더 Committee.커미티

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 심의위원회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 위원회가 정한다.
