예금자보호법 제36조의6(설립등기 및 공고)

① 공사는 제36조의3에 따라 정리금융회사를 설립하면 정리금융회사의 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 설립등기를 하여야 한다.

② 공사는 정리금융회사를 설립하면 이를 공고하여야 한다.

③ 제1항의 등기 및 제2항의 공고에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
