외국인근로자의 고용 등에 관한 법률 제22조의2(기숙사의 제공 등)

① 사용자가 외국인근로자에게 기숙사를 제공하는 경우에는 「근로기준법」 제100조에서 정하는 기준을 준수하고, 건강과 안전을 지킬 수 있도록 하여야 한다.

② 사용자는 제1항에 따라 기숙사를 제공하는 경우 외국인근로자와 근로계약을 체결할 때에 외국인근로자에게 다음 각 호의 정보를 사전에 제공하여야 한다. 근로계약 체결 후 다음 각 호의 사항을 변경하는 경우에도 또한 같다.

③ 제2항에 따른 기숙사 정보 제공의 기준 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
