Act on the Protection, Use, etc. of Location Information, Article 22 (Notice of Transfer of Business, etc.)

위치정보사업자등으로부터 사업의 전부 또는 일부의 양도ㆍ합병 또는 상속 등(이하 "양도등"이라 한다)으로 그 권리와 의무를 이전받은 자는 30일 이내에 다음 각호의 사항을 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 의하여 개인위치정보주체에게 통지하여야 한다. <개정 2020.6.9>
