위치정보의 보호 및 이용 등에 관한 법률 제24조(개인위치정보주체의 권리 등)

①개인위치정보주체는 위치정보사업자등에 대하여 언제든지 제18조제1항 및 제19조제1항ㆍ제2항ㆍ제4항에 따른 동의의 전부 또는 일부를 철회할 수 있다. <개정 2015.2.3>

②개인위치정보주체는 위치정보사업자등에 대하여 언제든지 개인위치정보의 수집, 이용 또는 제공의 일시적인 중지를 요구할 수 있다. 이 경우 위치정보사업자등은 요구를 거절하여서는 아니되며, 이를 위한 기술적 수단을 갖추어야 한다.

③개인위치정보주체는 위치정보사업자등에 대하여 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자료 등의 열람 또는 고지를 요구할 수 있고, 해당 자료 등에 오류가 있는 경우에는 그 정정을 요구할 수 있다. 이 경우 위치정보사업자등은 정당한 사유없이 요구를 거절하여서는 아니된다. <개정 2015.2.3>

④위치정보사업자등은 개인위치정보주체가 제1항에 따라 동의의 전부 또는 일부를 철회한 경우에는 지체없이 수집된 개인위치정보 및 위치정보 수집ㆍ이용ㆍ제공사실 확인자료(동의의 일부를 철회하는 경우에는 철회하는 부분의 개인위치정보 및 위치정보 이용ㆍ제공사실 확인자료로 한정한다)를 파기하여야 한다. <개정 2018.4.17, 2020.6.9>
