긴급구조기관은 제29조제1항에 따른 긴급구조요청을 받은 경우 긴급구조 요청자와 개인위치정보주체 간의 관계를 확인하기 위하여 「가족관계의 등록 등에 관한 법률」 제11조제6항에 따른 등록전산정보자료의 제공을 법원행정처장에게 요청할 수 있다.
