의료급여법 제11조의4(의료급여기관의 비용 청구에 관한 금지행위)

의료급여기관은 의료급여를 하기 전에 수급권자에게 본인부담금을 청구하거나 수급권자가 이 법에 따라 부담하여야 하는 비용과 비급여비용 외에 입원보증금 등 다른 명목의 비용을 청구하여서는 아니 된다.
