의료급여법 제4조(적용 배제)

① 수급권자가 업무 또는 공무로 생긴 질병ㆍ부상ㆍ재해로 다른 법령에 따른 급여나 보상(報償) 또는 보상(補償)을 받게 되는 경우에는 이 법에 따른 의료급여를 하지 아니한다. <개정 2017.3.21>

② 수급권자가 다른 법령에 따라 국가나 지방자치단체 등으로부터 의료급여에 상당하는 급여 또는 비용을 받게 되는 경우에는 그 한도에서 이 법에 따른 의료급여를 하지 아니한다. <신설 2017.3.21>
