4. 특정 의료기관 개설자, 의료기관의 장 또는 의료인(이하 "의료인등"이라 한다)이 수행하거나 광고하는 기능 또는 진료 방법이 다른 의료인등의 것과 비교하여 우수하거나 효과가 있다는 내용으로 광고하는 것

7. 의료인등의 의료행위나 진료 방법 등을 광고하면서 예견할 수 있는 환자의 안전에 심각한 위해(危害)를 끼칠 우려가 있는 부작용 등 중요 정보를 빠뜨리거나 글씨 크기를 작게 하는 등의 방법으로 눈에 잘 띄지 않게 광고하는 것

10. 특정 의료기관ㆍ의료인의 기능 또는 진료 방법에 관한 기사나 전문가의 의견을 「신문 등의 진흥에 관한 법률」 제2조에 따른 신문ㆍ인터넷신문 또는 「잡지 등 정기간행물의 진흥에 관한 법률」에 따른 정기간행물이나 「방송법」 제2조제1호에 따른 방송에 싣거나 방송하면서 특정 의료기관ㆍ의료인의 연락처나 약도 등의 정보도 함께 싣거나 방송하여 광고하는 것
