인공지능 발전과 신뢰 기반 조성 등에 관한 기본법 제26조(한국인공지능진흥협회의 설립)

① 인공지능등과 관련한 연구 및 업무에 종사하는 자는 인공지능의 개발ㆍ이용 촉진, 인공지능산업 및 인공지능기술의 진흥, 인공지능등에 대한 교육ㆍ홍보 등을 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 과학기술정보통신부장관의 인가를 받아 한국인공지능진흥협회(이하 "협회"라 한다)를 설립하거나 협회로 지정받을 수 있다.

(1) Persons퍼슨즈 engaged엔게이지드 in인 research^r리서치 and앤드 work워크 related^r릴레이티드 to투 artificial아터^f피실 intelligence,인텔러전스 etc.엣세터^r러 may,메이 with위^ð드 authorization오^θ써^r러제이션 from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Science사이언스 and앤드 ICT아이크트 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree,디크^r리 establish이스태블리시 the^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Artificial아터^f피실 Intelligence인텔러전스 Promotion프^r러모우션 Association어소우시에이션 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð디 "Association")어소우시에이션 or오 be비 designated데지그네이티드 as애즈 the^ð디 Association,어소우시에이션 in인 order오더 to투 promote프^r러모우트 the^ð더 development디^v벨럽먼트 and앤드 use유스 of어^v브 artificial아터^f피실 intelligence,인텔러전스 promote프^r러모우트 the^ð디 artificial아터^f피실 intelligence인텔러전스 industry인더스트^r리 and앤드 artificial아터^f피실 intelligence인텔러전스 technology,텍날러지 and앤드 provide프^r러^v바이드 education에저케이션 and앤드 publicity퍼블리서티 on안 artificial아터^f피실 intelligence,인텔러전스 etc.엣세터^r러

② 협회는 법인으로 한다.

(2) The^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 shall섈 be비 a어 corporation.코퍼^r레이션

③ 협회는 다음 각 호의 업무를 수행한다.

(3) The^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 shall섈 perform퍼^f폼 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 duties:두티즈

④ 국가 및 지방자치단체는 인공지능산업의 발전과 신뢰 기반 조성을 위하여 필요한 경우 예산의 범위에서 협회의 사업수행에 필요한 자금을 지원하거나 운영에 필요한 경비를 보조할 수 있다.

(4) Where웨어 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 the^ð더 development디^v벨럽먼트 of어^v브 the^ð디 artificial아터^f피실 intelligence인텔러전스 industry인더스트^r리 and앤드 the^ð디 establishment이스태블리시먼트 of어^v브 a어 foundation^f파운데이션 of어^v브 trust,트^r러스트 the^ð더 State스테잇 and앤드 local로우클 governments거^v버먼츠 may,메이 within위^ð딘 the^ð더 limits리멋츠 of어^v브 their^ð데어 budgets,버짓츠 provide프^r러^v바이드 funds^f펀즈 needed니디드 for^f포 the^ð디 Association's어소우시에이션즈 projects프^r라젝츠 or오 subsidize서브시다이즈 the^ð디 expenses익스펜시즈 needed니디드 for^f포 its잇츠 operation.아퍼^r레이션

⑤ 협회 회원의 자격과 임원에 관한 사항, 협회의 업무 등은 정관으로 정하며, 그 밖에 정관에 포함하여야 할 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.

(5) Matters매터즈 concerning컨서닝 the^ð더 qualifications콸러^f퍼케이션즈 of어^v브 members멤버즈 and앤드 the^ð디 officers오^f퍼서즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 Association,어소우시에이션 the^ð더 duties두티즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 Association,어소우시에이션 etc.엣세터^r러 shall섈 be비 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 its잇츠 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation,인코퍼^r레이션 and앤드 other어^ð더 matters매터즈 to투 be비 included인클루디드 in인 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation인코퍼^r레이션 shall섈 be비 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree.디크^r리

⑥ 과학기술정보통신부장관은 제1항에 따른 인가를 한 때에는 그 사실을 공고하여야 한다.

(6) When웬 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Science사이언스 and앤드 ICT아이크트 has해즈 granted그^r랜티드 authorization오^θ써^r러제이션 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1), the^ð더 Minister미너스터 shall섈 give기^v브 public퍼블릭 notice노우티스 of어^v브 that^ð댓 fact.^f팩트

⑦ 협회에 관하여 이 법에 규정된 것을 제외하고는 「민법」 중 사단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다.

(7) Except익셉트 as애즈 provided프^r러^v바이디드 in인 this^ð디스 Act,액트 the^ð더 provisions프^r러^v비전즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Civil시^v블 Act액트 concerning컨서닝 incorporated인코퍼^r레이티드 associations어소우시에이션즈 shall섈 apply어플라이 mutatis뮤타티즈 mutandis뮤탠디즈 to투 the^ð디 Association.어소우시에이션
