Wage Claim Guarantee Act, Article 18 (Creation of the Fund)

① 기금은 다음 각 호의 재원으로 조성한다. <개정 2025.11.11>

② 고용노동부장관은 기금을 운용하는 데에 필요하면 기금의 부담으로 금융기관이나 다른 기금 등으로부터 차입할 수 있다. <개정 2010.6.4>
