임금채권보장법 제27조(권한의 위임ㆍ위탁)

이 법에 따른 고용노동부장관의 권한은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 일부를 지방고용노동관서의 장에게 위임하거나 「산업재해보상보험법」에 따른 근로복지공단, 「국민건강보험법」에 따른 국민건강보험공단 및 「한국자산관리공사 설립 등에 관한 법률」에 따른 한국자산관리공사에 위탁할 수 있다. <개정 2010.1.27, 2010.6.4, 2024.2.6>
