Enforcement Decree of the Motor Vehicle Management Act, Article 10 (Keeping and Management of Two-Wheeled Motor Vehicle Registers)

① 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장은 법 제48조제1항의 규정에 의하여 사용신고를 받은 이륜자동차별로 이륜자동차대장(전자문서를 포함한다. 이하 같다)을 비치ㆍ관리하여야 한다. <개정 1999.7.29, 2015.4.29>

② 제1항에 따른 이륜자동차대장 및 법 제48조에 따른 신고와 관련된 서류의 보존기간은 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른다. <신설 2015.4.29>
