자동차관리법 시행령 제13조의14(운영위원회의 구성 및 운영 등)

① 법 제68조의15제1항에 따른 운영위원회(이하 "운영위원회"라 한다)는 공제사업에 관하여 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의ㆍ의결하며 그 업무집행을 감독한다.

② 운영위원회는 위원장과 부위원장 각 1명을 포함하여 25명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

(2) The^ð더 steering스티^r링 committee커미티 shall섈 consist컨시스트 of어^v브 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 25 members,멤버즈 including인클루딩 one원 chairperson체어퍼슨 and앤드 one원 vice^v바이스 chairperson.체어퍼슨

③ 운영위원회의 위원장 및 부위원장은 위원 중에서 각각 호선(互選)하되, 위원장과 부위원장 중 1명은 제4항제2호에 해당하는 사람으로 한다.

(3) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 and앤드 vice^v바이스 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 steering스티^r링 committee커미티 shall섈 each이치 be비 elected일렉티드 by바이 and앤드 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 members,멤버즈 and앤드 one원 of어^v브 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 and앤드 vice^v바이스 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 be비 a어 person퍼슨 who후 falls^f폴즈 under언더 subparagraph서브패^r러그^r래^f프 2 of어^v브 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (4).

④ 운영위원회의 위원은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람으로 한다. 이 경우 제3호와 제4호에 해당하는 위원의 수는 전체 위원 수의 2분의 1 미만으로 한다.

⑤ 제4항제2호 및 제3호에 해당하는 위원의 임기는 3년으로 한다. 다만, 보궐위원의 임기는 전임(前任)위원 임기의 남은 기간으로 한다.

⑥ 운영위원회의 위원장은 운영위원회의 회의를 소집하며, 그 의장이 된다.

(6) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 steering스티^r링 committee커미티 shall섈 convene컨^v빈 meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 steering스티^r링 committee커미티 and앤드 preside프^r리자이드 over오우^v버 them.^ð뎀

⑦ 운영위원회의 부위원장은 위원장을 보좌하며, 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 그 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 그 직무를 대행한다.

(7) The^ð더 vice^v바이스 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 steering스티^r링 committee커미티 shall섈 assist어시스트 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 and,앤드 where웨어 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 cannot캐낫 perform퍼^f폼 his히즈 or오 her허 duties두티즈 for^f포 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 reasons,^r리즌즈 shall섈 act액트 on안 the^ð더 chairperson's체어퍼슨즈 behalf.비해^f프

⑧ 운영위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다. 다만, 제1항제6호 및 제7호의 사항은 출석위원 3분의 2 이상의 찬성으로 의결한다.

⑨ 제1항부터 제8항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 운영위원회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 운영위원회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다.
