자동차관리법 시행령 제9조의12(위원회 심의결과에 대한 재심의절차 등)

① 법 제47조의11제1항제1호에 따라 재심의를 요청하려는 자는 법 제47조의7제2항제2호에 따른 심의결과를 통보받은 날부터 15일 이내에 재심의요청서에 재심의사유를 증명할 수 있는 자료를 첨부하여 위원회에 제출해야 한다. <개정 2022.12.9>

② 위원회는 법 제47조의11제2항에 따른 의결이 있는 날부터 10일 이내에 재심의 결과를 재심의를 요청한 자와 국토교통부장관에게 통보해야 한다.
