자동차관리법 시행령 제9조의9(소위원회의 구성 등)

① 법 제47조의7제3항에 따라 법 제47조의11제1항제1호에 따른 재심의 요청사항을 효율적으로 심의하기 위하여 위원회에 소위원회를 둔다.

② 소위원회는 위원장 1명을 포함하여 10명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

(2) The^ð더 sub-panel서브-패늘 shall섈 consist컨시스트 of어^v브 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 ten텐 members,멤버즈 including인클루딩 one원 chairperson.체어퍼슨

③ 소위원회의 위원장과 위원은 위원회의 위원 중에서 위원회의 위원장이 지명한다.

(3) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 and앤드 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 sub-panel서브-패늘 shall섈 be비 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee.커미티

④ 소위원회는 소위원회 재적위원 과반수의 출석과 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 소위원회의 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 위원회 규칙으로 정한다.
