자동차관리법 제47조의5(중재 판정의 효력 등)

① 교환ㆍ환불중재 판정은 자동차제작자등과 하자차량소유자에 대하여 확정판결과 동일한 효력이 있다.

② 교환ㆍ환불중재 판정에 대한 불복과 교환ㆍ환불중재 판정의 취소에 관하여는 「중재법」 제36조를 준용한다.

③ 교환ㆍ환불중재에 관련된 절차에 관하여는 이 법에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우를 제외하고는 「중재법」을 준용한다.
