자동차관리법 제68조의14(공제조합의 설립 등)

① 자동차매매업자는 상호 간의 협동조직을 통하여 자율적인 경제활동을 도모하고 자동차매매업 운영에 필요한 각종 보증과 자금 융자 및 자동차매매 관련 손해배상 등을 위하여 국토교통부장관의 인가를 받아 공제조합(이하 "공제조합"이라 한다)을 설립할 수 있다.

② 공제조합은 법인으로 하고, 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 설립등기를 함으로써 성립한다.

③ 자동차매매업자는 공제조합의 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 공제조합에 가입할 수 있다.

④ 공제조합의 조합원 자격, 임원, 출자, 융자 및 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 정관으로 정한다.

⑤ 공제조합의 설립인가 기준ㆍ절차, 정관 기재사항 및 감독 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
