자동차관리법 제68조의15(공제조합의 운영위원회)

① 공제조합은 제68조의17에 따른 사업에 관한 사항을 심의ㆍ의결하고 그 업무 집행을 감독하기 위하여 운영위원회를 둔다.

③ 운영위원회의 구성, 기능 및 운영에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
