Motor Vehicle Management Act, Article 68-20 (Acquisition, etc. of Shares by Mutual Aid Associations)

① 공제조합은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사유가 있을 때에는 조합원 또는 조합원이었던 자의 지분을 취득할 수 있다. 다만, 제1호 또는 제3호에 해당하는 때에는 그 지분을 취득하여야 한다.

② 공제조합이 제1항에 따라 지분을 취득한 때에는 지체 없이 다음 각 호의 조치를 이행하여야 한다.

⑤ 제1항에 따라 공제조합이 지분을 취득한 경우 조합원 또는 조합원이었던 자가 가지는 청산금(淸算金) 청구권은 그 지분을 취득한 날부터 5년간 행사하지 아니하면 시효로 인하여 소멸한다.
