자동차관리법 제70조(자동차관리의 특례)

Motor Vehicle Management Act, Article 70 (Special Cases for Motor Vehicle Management)

① 다음 각 호의 자동차에 대한 등록(이륜자동차의 경우에는 사용신고를 말한다)ㆍ자동차자기인증ㆍ부품자기인증ㆍ점검ㆍ정비ㆍ검사ㆍ폐차ㆍ등록번호판(이륜자동차의 경우에는 이륜자동차번호판을 말한다)에 관하여는 이 법의 규정에도 불구하고 국토교통부령으로 정하는 바에 따른다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2024.2.20, 2024.3.19>
