자동차관리법 제77조의3(규제의 재검토)

① 정부는 자동차에 자기인증 표시를 하도록 한 제30조제4항에 대하여 2008년 12월 31일을 기준으로 매 4년이 되는 시점마다 자기인증 표시의 폐지, 완화 또는 유지 등의 타당성을 검토하여야 한다.

② 정부는 자동차사업장의 전부 또는 일부를 다른 사람에게 임대하거나 점용할 수 없도록 하는 제57조제1항제2호에 대하여 2008년 12월 31일을 기준으로 매 4년이 되는 시점마다 금지행위의 폐지, 완화 또는 유지 등의 타당성을 검토하여야 한다.
