자동차손해배상 보장법 제39조의10(예산과 결산)

① 자동차손해배상진흥원의 예산은 국토교통부장관의 승인을 받아야 한다.

(1) The^ð더 budget버짓 of어^v브 the^ð디 Automobile오터모빌 Accident액서던트 Compensation캄펀세이션 Promotion프^r러모우션 Agency에이전시 shall섈 be비 subject서브젝트 to투 the^ð디 approval어프^r루^v블 of어^v브 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Land,랜드 Infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 Transport.트^r랜스포트

② 자동차손해배상진흥원의 회계연도는 정부의 회계연도에 따른다.

(2) The^ð더 fiscal^f피스클 year이어 of어^v브 the^ð디 Automobile오터모빌 Accident액서던트 Compensation캄펀세이션 Promotion프^r러모우션 Agency에이전시 shall섈 follow^f팔로 the^ð더 fiscal^f피스클 year이어 of어^v브 the^ð더 Government.거^v버먼트

③ 자동차손해배상진흥원은 회계연도 개시 60일 전까지 국토교통부장관에게 예산서를 제출하여야 한다.

(3) The^ð디 Automobile오터모빌 Accident액서던트 Compensation캄펀세이션 Promotion프^r러모우션 Agency에이전시 shall섈 submit서브밋 its잇츠 budget버짓 statement스테잇먼트 to투 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Land,랜드 Infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 Transport트^r랜스포트 at앳 least리스트 60 days데이즈 before비^f포 the^ð더 beginning비기닝 of어^v브 the^ð더 fiscal^f피스클 year.이어

④ 원장은 회계연도 종료 후 2개월 이내에 해당 연도의 결산서를 국토교통부장관에게 제출하여야 한다.

(4) The^ð더 president프^r레저덴트 shall섈 submit서브밋 the^ð더 statement스테잇먼트 of어^v브 accounts어카운츠 for^f포 the^ð더 relevant^r렐러^v번트 year이어 to투 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Land,랜드 Infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 Transport트^r랜스포트 within위^ð딘 two투 months먼^θ쓰 after애^f프터 the^ð디 end엔드 of어^v브 the^ð더 fiscal^f피스클 year.이어
