자동차손해배상 보장법 제39조의13(기금의 관리ㆍ운용)

① 기금은 국토교통부장관이 관리ㆍ운용한다.

(1) The^ð더 Fund^f펀드 shall섈 be비 managed매니지드 and앤드 operated아퍼^r레이티드 by바이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Land,랜드 Infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 Transport.트^r랜스포트

② 기금의 관리ㆍ운용에 관한 국토교통부장관의 사무는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 일부를 제39조의3에 따라 설립된 자동차손해배상진흥원, 보험회사등 또는 보험 관련 단체에 위탁할 수 있다.

(2) Part파트 of어^v브 the^ð디 affairs어^f페어즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Land,랜드 Infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 Transport트^r랜스포트 concerning컨서닝 the^ð더 management매너지먼트 and앤드 operation아퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Fund^f펀드 may메이 be비 entrusted엔트^r러스티드 to투 the^ð디 Automobile오터모빌 Accident액서던트 Compensation캄펀세이션 Promotion프^r러모우션 Agency에이전시 established이스태블리시트 under언더 Article아터클 39-3, insurance인슈^r런스 companies,컴퍼니즈 etc.,엣세터^r러 or오 insurance-related인슈^r런스-^r릴레이티드 organizations,오거너제이션즈 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree.디크^r리

③ 제1항 및 제2항에서 규정한 사항 외에 기금의 관리 및 운용에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
