자동차손해배상 보장법 제39조의3(자동차손해배상진흥원의 설립)

① 국토교통부장관은 자동차손해배상 보장사업의 체계적인 지원 및 공제사업자에 대한 검사 업무 등을 수행하기 위하여 자동차손해배상진흥원을 설립할 수 있다.

② 자동차손해배상진흥원은 법인으로 한다.

(2) The^ð디 Automobile오터모빌 Accident액서던트 Compensation캄펀세이션 Promotion프^r러모우션 Agency에이전시 shall섈 be비 a어 corporation.코퍼^r레이션

③ 자동차손해배상진흥원은 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 설립등기를 함으로써 성립한다.

(3) The^ð디 Automobile오터모빌 Accident액서던트 Compensation캄펀세이션 Promotion프^r러모우션 Agency에이전시 shall섈 be비 formed^f폼드 by바이 registering^r레지스터^r링 its잇츠 establishment이스태블리시먼트 at앳 the^ð더 location로케이션 of어^v브 its잇츠 principal프^r린서플 office.오^f피스

④ 자동차손해배상진흥원의 정관에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.

⑤ 자동차손해배상진흥원은 정관을 작성하고 변경할 때에는 국토교통부장관의 승인을 받아야 한다.
