자동차손해배상 보장법 제39조의8(자료의 제출요구 등)

① 원장은 업무 수행에 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 제39조의4제2항 각 호의 기관에 대하여 업무 또는 재산에 관한 자료의 제출요구, 검사 및 질문 등을 할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 검사 또는 질문을 하는 자는 그 권한을 표시하는 증표를 지니고 이를 관계인에게 내보여야 한다.

③ 원장은 제1항에 따른 업무 등으로 인한 검사결과를 국토교통부장관에게 지체 없이 보고하여야 한다.
