자본시장과 금융투자업에 관한 법률 시행령 제140조(공개매수 상대방의 수의 산정기준)

① 법 제133조제3항 본문에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 기간"이란 해당 주식등의 매수등(법 제133조제2항에 따른 매수등을 말한다. 이하 이 절에서 같다)을 하는 날부터 과거 6개월간을 말한다.
