Enforcement Decree of the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act, Article 176-17 (Financial Management Standards, etc. for Listed Corporations)

① 법 제165조의16제1항제3호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 해외증권"이란 주권상장법인이 해외에서 발행하는 주권, 주권 관련 사채권, 이익참가부사채권, 증권예탁증권, 그 밖에 이와 비슷한 증권을 말한다. <개정 2013.8.27>
