① 법 제180조의4제1항 본문에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 기간"이란 상장주식에 대한 모집 또는 매출 계획이 처음 공시된 날(법 제123조, 제129조, 제130조 및 제391조에 따라 공시된 날 중 가장 빨리 공시된 날을 말한다)의 다음 날부터 해당 공시 또는 변경공시에 따른 모집가액 또는 매출가액이 결정되는 날까지의 기간을 말한다. <개정 2025.2.25>
