① 법 제249조의3제3항에 따라 금융위원회에 제출하는 등록신청서에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 기재하여야 한다.

④ 제1항에 따른 등록신청서를 제출받은 금융위원회는 일반 사모집합투자업 등록의 신청내용에 관한 사실 여부를 확인하고, 그 신청내용이 법 제249조의3제2항에 따른 등록요건을 충족하는지를 검토해야 한다. <개정 2021.10.21>
