Enforcement Decree of the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act, Article 368 (Market Efficiency Committee)

① 법 제414조제2항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 기관"이란 다음 각 호의 기관을 말한다. <개정 2013.8.27, 2019.6.25, 2025.6.2>

② 법 제414조제2항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 금액 이상으로 전산에 대한 투자를 하고자 하는 경우"란 시장의 운영이나 시장하부구조를 개선하기 위하여 소프트웨어, 하드웨어 등 전산시스템과 그 부대설비의 개발에 소요되는 비용이 100억원 이상인 투자를 하고자 하는 경우를 말한다.
