Enforcement Decree of the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act, Article 377 (Announcement of Investigation Performance and Results of Handling, etc.)

금융위원회는 법 제426조제8항에 따라 위법행위를 예방하는 데에 필요한 다음 각 호의 정보와 자료를 신문ㆍ방송 또는 인터넷 홈페이지 등을 이용하여 공표할 수 있다. 다만, 관계자에 대하여 고발 또는 수사기관에 통보가 된 경우 등 금융위원회가 정하여 고시하는 경우에는 공표하지 아니하거나 일부를 제외하고 공표할 수 있다.
