자본시장과 금융투자업에 관한 법률 제412조(거래소 규정의 승인)

① 거래소는 회원관리규정ㆍ증권시장업무규정ㆍ파생상품시장업무규정ㆍ상장규정ㆍ공시규정ㆍ시장감시규정ㆍ분쟁조정규정, 그 밖의 업무에 관한 규정을 제정ㆍ변경하거나 폐지하고자 하는 경우에는 금융위원회의 승인을 받아야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29>
