자본시장과 금융투자업에 관한 법률 제414조(시장효율화위원회)

① 증권시장 및 파생상품시장의 거래비용 절감과 관련한 사항에 대한 심의를 위하여 금융위원회에 시장효율화위원회를 설치한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.5.28>

② 이 법에 따라 설립된 기관, 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 기관이 수수료 등을 변경하거나 대통령령으로 정하는 금액 이상으로 전산에 대한 투자를 하고자 하는 경우에는 시장효율화위원회의 심의를 거쳐야 한다.
